Why is this $329 when all the other rx480's are $250

Because of price gouging. These sellers buy out all the stock from Amazon themselves, and then add 100 dollars to the price. The MSRP is 199 (4GB), and 239 (8GB). Don't get fooled into thinking you have to buy because of urgency. Wait till Amazon have them in stock. Even better... wait for the better cooled versions rather than the reference that will be around the same price as the reference.

Can this run roblox at 60 fps?

Yes. I actually have that setting.Check the pcparts website so you can run your build for compatibility issues.

What type of motherboard is recommended. i have a rosewill srm 01 as my case ?

You need a PCI-E Slot and ideally a 16x slot (PCI-E 3.0). If you have an older motherboard, you probably can still slot it into that, but I would be careful and double check. I have mine in an older board as a holdover until I finish gathering the rest of the parts for a new build and it works alright for now. Regarding your case and how well it will fit, the short answer is: I don't know, you will have to do some measurements. The card description says its dimensions are 6.8" long by 4.6" wide (i.e. tall) so, you'll have to see if you have clearance for it inside the case. It will probably fit, but it will depend on where the motherboard sits and where the PCI-E slot is.
