Can you adjust the amount of foam inside the pillow?

The Pillows have a protective case with a zipper that comes with it. Inside there is another sealed pillow that if you really wanted to you could cut and remove the foam. But it’s not something you can do without alteration.

Can this pillow be washed

Yes! You can wash your bamboo pillow without any worries or trouble because it is fully machine washable.

Is it supposed to be one piece of memory foam inside or little chunks broken up? Mine is 80% one piece then the one end is chunks.

The advertisement says it is shredded memory foam and that is what it feels like.
