It probably would but it wouldn’t be an ideal fit. I would be afraid it might jiggle free in transit. I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re going to be carrying it much.

Does it fold all the way back so I can use it as a tablet?

It does. I added a keyboard. If you also add one, just disconnect it first and then it can be folded. The spine of the case is fabric, not a hard plastic.
