I needed fast results so I Fed-ex'ed my samples to the lab. The process is easy and efficient. There is a website portal to monitor progress. The lab got my samples on a Monday and I had my results on Tuesday afternoon. Fast, easy and economical compared to a local company who offers asbestos testing and abatement services.

This makes you pay extra money. I thought I was buying the entire test for $7.99. I have the sample, but as I’m reading, it seems like it barely ever even makes it to the lab. I’m going to keep my samples and send them to a better company. Don’t waste your money on this.

Easy instructions. Got my results in less than two weeks. Unfortunately I have pop corn ceiling with asbestos, but I glad I checked before removing it myself.

Had to email them for the results but otherwise ok. I sent a check so maybe that was the reason. Probably better to pay with card instead. Otherwise test is good. Used them before for Radon test and was happy with that as well.

A slight delay in results plus a mismatched tracking number on the provided envelop left things unclear. I received my results, and feel its a fair product. Albeit one that has unorganized logistics

Absolutely worth it! No asbestos!! Works just as advertised! I even had a small issue with my package and they helped me get my samples to the laboratory 🧪 and tested.

I read a few reviews and knew exactly what I was getting in terms of a cheap kit that I'm sure I could put together very easily if I knew what I was doing. I didn't know what I was doing so was happy to spend a few bucks to get the instructions and be able to understand exactly what I was doing with the kit. I mailed in the kit in late November, now it is late December and I still don't have any results. I paid $45 instead of the standard $30 to get results "rushed". I'm more than disappointed to say the least. Furthermore, the instructions in the kit tell you to register online. Their website does not allow for this. I tried when I was sending it in, and I'm back on the website now looking at the same thing. The instructions on the homepage tell you to click on the product on the left hand side of the page, when you do so there is still no where to register the product. There is a form that you fill out when you send in the results that has email as well as mailing address, they have not sent the results to either. I've seen Pro-Lab kits in multiple reputable hardware stores as well as here on Amazon, if I had not I would be thinking that they are some sort of scam. I don't know what has taken so long but I do know I will never buy a Pro-Lab kit again and will definitely be advising anyone I talk to to pursue different methods for testing.

Can't be used outside the USA, pointless selling the to someone in the UK then ??? Cost of the item is £18.47 you get a box with plastis gloves, two sample bags and a hospital mask which isn't worth as much as £18.47 plus the is a lab cost of $20 and and extra charge to send it back to the USA which you can't do it works out at current rates arount £60.00 and I have already wasted £18.47 just tofind this out and still no closer to finding out what I need to know about the samples I need testing, this is a con a great way to make money of working class people the pack you get isn't worth the £18.47 at most I could put one together for less that £5.00 what a joke at our expense. Very unhappy customer i think you should refund everyone and get this product off your site.

Waste of money

Dont buy this if you are in canada. U need to mail it to the US and theres no option to do that on their website or the prepaid. Huge waste of time. Not suitable to be sold in canada

USA use only. Do not buy outside of America!!! You cannot get results unless you are in the USA. Ridiculous they sell this globally.
