It's a plastic case that does what it was designed to do.
Stores and holds batteries well, of course it all depends on the abuse you put it through. I'm sure if you dropped this case full of batteries it would probably break but as far as storing batteries it does what it's supposed to.

Battery storage case
Exactly how described. Great to keep your batteries organized

Good little organizer
A good little box, keeps the batteries secure. The one minus is the lid does not stay closed but I will work around that. If the manufacturer redesigns the lid it will be perfect.

Great battery storage boxes
I’ve been meaning to get these battery storage boxes for years now. So, this year when I was going through the camping gear and getting things cleaned up and organized, I knew it was time. I bought these for the D’s and also picked up ones to store my AA & AAA’s. All the current sizes I use for all the miscellaneous camping accessories I have, fans, lights, portable shower, etc. These really are great little storage boxes. I had read some other reviews, mine came with the dividers and they all snap shut tight. You have no idea how great it is to finally have the batteries stored as they should have been all along, and not rolling around in whatever box they just happened to land in because I was in a hurry to get camp broken down! Great idea, great product, just wish I had picked them up years ago like I wanted to.

SIMPLE IN DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, BUT STURDY
I've used these before, to keep batteries stored in my home's disaster stash, and had good luck with them, so I recently ordered some more. They're decently made and very sturdy.

Was exactly as shown.

Lid does not stay closed
It's OK for storing D Cells , but it seems a little flimsy and the lid on mine will not stay closed. Not a deal-breaker, but with the reviews overall I did expect a bit better quality.

Great Solution for Storing New Batteries
Battery manufacturers can't seem to be able to package their products so that once opened the container can be reclosed for practical storage. Although some packaging can be reclosed, the batteries will fall over and roll around when moved. This storage box is practical storage. It can be easily opened and closed, and since it's semitransparent the contents can be seen without having to open it. This type of case keeps the batteries in discrete channels so they don't easily roll around. It is not for carrying in your gear bag because the latch is not really secure. If this box rolls around, the catch can easily come open. For storage in a larger box, a drawer or cabinet this box is perfect.

Arrived broken
Product was barely usable as it had arrived with cracked plastic

Shipped by Amazon "Prime" in a plastic bag. Inevitably GOT CRACKED/BROKEN IN TRANSIT.
At no fault of the manufacturer, the delicate item was shipped by Amazon "Prime" in a bubble envelope/plastic bag (instead of a cardboard box), and inevitable I received it cracked/broken as a result. And now I'm pissed because the item is NOT getting sent back, because it cost only $10 but had to travel like 1000 miles to get here and cross the US/Canada border, and it's just not worth the trouble/return trip. So now i'm stuck with a broken item that was inexpensive but slightly overpriced, and that's without the damage. Although it appears to have been a nice, little battery box/storage case at one time. I'm mad at Amazon "Prime!" I think I'm going to cancel it. Apparently and unfortunately, its people are in too much of a hurry and/or in lack of proper training and supplies and/or "common" sense to do things right. 1000 miles in a plastic bag?! Really? Come on, guys! ;(
