Perfect. Use rice bran oil instead of olive oil, it's much healthier - rice bran oil has absolutely NO bad LDLs in it. No flavor so super for dressings and sauces, cakes and other baking. Can be used to very high heat without change in texture, color or flavor, Absolutely the best for deep frying, fantastic crisp finish every time.

Best hypoallergenic cooking oil
This is my favorite cooking oil. I have many food allergies and I’m sensitive to various cooking oils, but this has become my go to!

I used this today and love it! No taste at all. I use it to fry anything in my cast iron, too and is super good for my pans. The price is great and will order again!

Great for making cream and lotion
I use this oil for making creams and lotions that absorb easily into the skin...light, non greasy and fast absorbing. Works great and it is non GMO and preservative free. The price keeps going up, so I don't know how long I will continue using it instead of grapeseed oil (which is less expensive), but for now, this gallon jug will last quite a while.

Great for cooking and skin
I have been using this product for years. Very happy with it. For cooking - I mix with 1/3 avocado oil. Delicious. For skin - I mix equal parts jojoba oil. My skin is smooth, hydrated and non greasy.
