It arrived promptly on time and the pieces fit fine. I was perfectly pleased.

I have the neck brace these go to, and needed new pads. I was supposed to have neck surgery, but waiting til I have no choice. I got the brace from neurosurgeon. I wore it 2 months at that time, and it helped. It helps when my neck pain gets really bad. I figured I'd have to pay a bunch and get a whole new brace, because mine is almost 10 years old. But brace it's still like new, now the pads are too! They are exactly like the ones that came with the brace. Yay! If you have this kind of neck brace and you use it fairly regularly, trust me - get these replacement pads. Eventually you want to switch them out and wash one set. The old ones I have are usable, but not super comfy. So I'm very happy to have found these!

I know the headline is odd but that is "my story." I had to wait for the clinic to get provided by info from the insurance to authorize me order extra pads for my hard Aspen neck brace. It took too long and I had messed up one set of my pads due to hair product (long story)...so I needed to get another set. The set they were charging, the same set that is listed here - $35.00. And the cleaning for these is so-so, I was told to use a mild shampoo that the hospital gave me, I didn't need much for each pad, the main thing to know about these is if you can have three pair, that would be good, so you can cycle them in and out, as one is being washed, you can use one for your brace and then you just have another one on hand. They can get dirty pretty quickly if you don't take care of them. Whenever I get in a pickle with finding things outside, I always check Amazon and to my surprise, the exact pads that I needed from the clinic which are these were here online for way cheaper, so I ordered two pair. The only thing that I noticed that was slightly different than the hospital ones is the cut. One of the pieces, the main one that sits under your chain and around your sides is mis-sized, it seems to be a tad bit too big. I thought to cut it, but it was not that big to wear it was necessary to cut, but just something to note as when I changed the pads out, I had to be very particular with how I placed that one so it wouldn't stick out too much! Overall, I would tell ANYONE to get your additional pads for this type of brace through Amazon, more bang for your buck!

Buy two extra, especially in summer and if you need more than a few weeks. They get softer after 2 washes, hand wash great. One warning, use fresh razor blades when shaving because if you have nicks or shave badly, it will irritate, but feels great with fresh blades.
