Does the blade fully lock when open (not just pressure to keep it open)?

I ordered several of these knives to give away as gifts. While I didn't check every one of them, the few I did check did not lock open, nor could I see any provision for locking them open. From my assessment, it appears these do not lock open, so keep that in mind if ordering them. Unless you're trying to puncture something with one of these knives, I don't see the lack of a locking mechanism as a big problem.
