Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base broth 8.0 OZ(pack of 6)

My daughter who is 5 and hardly likes eating anything but watermelon. I use 1/2 tablespoon of the lobster base to make a quart of soup and simple add the alphabet pasta into it and boil for 5 minutes, she finished the whole bowl in a flash. She didn't refuse to eat alphabet pasta because it's fun to her, but she "requested" to eat it everytime I made it with this lobster base. And I like that it doesn't have MSG or high sodium content like other chicken powder in the market, it is made of real lobster meat, not artificially flavored. The taste itself is out of the world great. It's also a good lobster sauce combined with beaten egg white & corn starch for the shrimp. Anything makes my kinder eat is GREAT! Shipping is slow but packaging is excellent and careful as they are glass jars.

If you mean shelf life, it can last awhile my last purchase of 6 lasted about 2 years and a small amount is all you need at any one time.

Any time you cook with shrimp or other shellfish, this will make them so much better. I use it all the time. just infuse it in a lukewarm or hot liquid and add it for lots of flavor

Yes. The crazy Ana ing rating for this is totally worthy. This stuff is mean. Using this and some miso and using it for a ramen soup base is awesome. As well as anything else. Haven't done lobster bisque but can imagine it would be stellar. Made seafood chowder using it and it was awesome. Made a sauce for steak too. Very versatile and good. Thought the 6 pack was too much but you'll use it or share with loved ones

The product flavor and taste is good, even though very salty, but not more or less salty than any other bouillon type product. The disappointing part is that it is a bio engineered food and if I had known that, I would never have bought it.

I purchased this item, before, in the grocery store, but they did not have it, again. So, I looked on Amazon, and it was there - in a box of six! This makes the most delicious lobster bisque, ever...better than the seafood restaurant we go to. My husband makes his with Sherry, so the entire recipe, as made, does not last even a day. A great buy, a great price. When I run out, I will buy, again!

I actually add Lobster meat to this but I expected more flavor.
