They are very bright and physically slimmer than conventional bulbs. I’m very pleased with them.

Very bright lights, which is what I wanted

These are super bright. I’m not sure though if they are really suitable for outdoor use. I have them in my outdoor driveway lights. The light housing is not water tight, I think it’s shower proof rated at IP54. What I find is that these bulbs fail after about 18 months, normally just after the warranty period.

The bulbs are easy to screw in. More importantly they are lovely and bright in my lamp, giving me plenty of light to read by during these darker nights.

We've had these bulbs for just over a year in some outside lights. Two are still going great guns but one has started to flash like a disco strobe light. They have been on for about 9ish hours a night, for a year, so maybe up to 3,500 hours use
