Just used these and very pleased with the quality

I purchased two drying racks, this is the smaller one in the front of the photo. It goes together easily and breaks down for storage without taking up much room. It's short enough to fit below my upper cabinets which the taller rack in back does not. The downside is it will only hold a small batch of pasta and shorter lengths. I love that it's made in Italy, which contributed to my decision to purchase it. Fully recommend.

I am new to the world of pasta making and decided that having a pasta rack will save me countless hours of ripping pieces of stuck pasta away from each other. So I read all the reviews and decided to buy this one. So far, I'm pretty satisfied. I wish that it had more arms to hold the pasta as I make one huge batch at a time but can't fit it on there. Other than that, I like everything about this rack. I like that it's natural beechwood (although, I can't tell whether it's been treated or not. My hope is that it is not but I suspect that it is...anyone know?). I like that I can collapse it and store it, I like how easy it is to set up once I get it out of the box each time and I like that it's sturdy enough that it's never fallen over. Overall, it's a very good product especially for the price.

As my headline suggests, this drying rack works with your pasta machine. I looked for a way to get around getting another gadget for my kitchen but I could not find one. As you make your pasta you need to dry it and this drying rack does the job beautifully. I gave it five stars because not only is it made well, it can be folded to store flat and will take up only one inch of space when stored vertically. Since the prongs are only braced from one side, removing the dried pasta is easy and there will be less breakage. It will also dry a lot of home made pasta. This drying rack is a wonderful common sense must have for your kitchen.

It's precisely what I was hoping for. The superior craftsmanship is evident; it's a breeze to assemble, and it tucks away flat in a drawer. The dimensions are just right for crafting a variety of pasta types. It remains stable on the counter without tipping over, thanks to its support legs and balanced weight.

Great product -- very simple! My first impressions were that it was a very simple and elegant design, and that it is nice and small when compacted. I did initially think that it was going to be too small to hold the amount of pasta I usually make. However, its appearance and dimensions are deceptive -- you can hang a lot of pasta on this little thing! I've just used it for the first time, and it was a great experience (this is my first pasta drier, having been making pasta on a semi regular basis for a few years). I can't believe I managed for this long without it. After I'd hung my pasta, I realised I hadn't floured the top of the rods. Thankfully, the pasta didn't stick at all - I think the grooved design of the rods probably has something to do with this. It's little details like that, and the fact that it is sturdy and folds up really well, that make this a 5/5 product for me.
