Unpretentious!
It's soy protein powder. Good price, good product. Would get it again. Put it in smoothies, adds some texture but no flavor. And hopefully some protein.

Low sodium protein powders are so hard to find
Very pleased with this protein powder! Most protein powders pack a surprising sodium load, but this one does not. It blends well with other items. If you're expecting the same taste as flavored protein powders, you will be setting yourself up for dissapointment. If you're looking for a protein punch with simple ingredients and great macros and micros...this is the product for you! Edit: unfortunately, this is no longer low sodium. Looks like they’ve changed the ingredients.
