Excellent quality product that was easy to install.
This thermal receipt printer is awesome. It was easy to set up and worked immediately perfectly. An important warning though: do not use the installation software on the included USB key. It is riddled with severe trojan malware according to Windows Defender. All I had to do was look for the driver online, which I found almost immediately on the Rongta website, and installed it. Everything worked perfectly with no malware at all. I already let the company know about that issue and they are actively looking into it. The printer drivers came with an extra tool that allows me to play with a lot of different settings. It was very useful. It works with the 80 mm wide paper rolls. Supports USB and serial connections. It prints really fast and has an automatic cutter. The printer also has support for compatible cash drawers to automatically open the drawer after printing completion of a receipt. It comes with a tiny roll of paper so that you can do all the necessary testing but you will have to buy your own rolls of paper, which are quite inexpensive. Works with Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems. One of the lowest prices in the industry while still being a top-quality product. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Receipt Printer & Outstanding Customer Service!
I couldn't be happier with this receipt printer! It was very easy to set up and worked well right out of the box. The first couple of times I printed, it fed about 8 inches of paper before printing the receipt.I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely phenomenal. They responded in less than 24 hours and immediately offered to help troubleshoot the issue. I was incredibly impressed by how attentive and responsive they were. Even after I suspected the problem might be related to the software I was using, they didn't just stop there—they continued following up and working with me until we identified the correct settings.Now the receipts print perfectly every time!It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products with this level of customer support. Between the quality of the printer and the exceptional customer service, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a reliable receipt printer backed by a company that truly cares about its customers.

Good for what it is and the price - FYI it comes with DHCP disabled
FYI it ships with a static IP address (192.168.1.87) by default. If your network uses a different subnet, you have to login to the web interface by putting that IP address in the URL bar, and change it to DHCP. To get to the web interface, your computer or phone also needs to have a 192.168.1.x address. There's also no way to secure the web interface that I've found, so if you put this printer on a public network, anyone else on the same network can technically access it and change your IP settings.

Comes with AU plugWork very well with Loyverse from iPad but basically it doesn't support it because DHCP is disabled. I don't know why.Before plug Ethernet cable, you must connect to PC via USB and using their software to enable DHCP otherwise can not retrieve IP address.Doesn't work with UBER, DOORDASH AND MENULOG
