I received these today. The packaging was designed to take a little abuse, but tossing around the shipping box with the lights in it will not go well. Out of the four lights in the box, two had very minor cosmetic damage in one corner (where the box must have been dropped on a corner once during shipping.) I do wish the lights were packaged better. That damage will not be visible when used in my billiard light or in a drop ceiling. So, I am not going to fuss any further about it.I upgraded my Diamond Billiard Light from 8 foot florescent bulbs to three of these 2ft by 2ft LED panels. At their lowest power setting they are more than enough light. They look amazing and use far less energy. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.I like that the lights can be dimmed/brightened and the color can be changed to softer white, if I later choose to do so.The forth light will be used over a soldering station in a shop environment. That will also be a nice upgrade!

These work GREAT! We’ve had them for almost a year and they are still working like the first day they were installed. Wiring them was easy. Very light weight also. These replaced 4ft length fluorescent lights (4 tubes of 60 watts each). Not sure how to communicate the savings but we went from 16 fluorescent light fixtures to 8 LED lights and the illumination is better now.

I installed these close to a year ago and they have been a great update to our florescent lighting in our finished basement. They are dimmable but we do-not use that feature. They fit perfectly in a 2x2 drop ceiling. What we do utilize is the feature to change colors from ultra white to warm white to make the space feel less like an office. When we flip the switch there is a one second delay from when you flip it to when the light comes on but I got used to that over time. They were easy to wire and mount for a DIYer but the gauge of the wires could be much thicker considering we hardwired them to 12/2 gauged wire which I believe is rather common. We have not had any issues with any of the 8 we have installed. They were reasonably priced and have met our lighting needs.

Bought these to replace can lighting in my drop ceiling basement. the size fits perfectly. Not easy to install because the electrical junction box on it is a very small compartment and on the outer edge of the fixture. You may have difficulty getting existing wires to reach and fit in this tight space. That said, once installed the change in color temperature works well. The brightness is very good and can be adjusted as well. Overall a good product but wish the junction box was in the middle and larger.

I was worries using an off brand, but given the savings, and my budget, this was my best option (I felt self because it had free returns on prime).These work wonderfully. They were not hard to install in a drop ceiling, and replaces out of date florescent bulbs. I love that they are brighter and don't have that hum. You probably will need two people to install, though.I installed these in October 2024, and so far they have been wonderful.

They are worth the money great lighting

These are absolutely awesome! It was so easy to install. They are light weight. The ability to change both the tone and brightness is sooo handy. I own a salon and was tired of replacing lightbulbs only to have the one next to it die 2 days later. I bought more for my sister to use in her basement and thru are perfect for drop ceilings!!!

Super easy of installation , good quality, color and brightness

The Allsmartlife 2x2 panel light output does not appear to be anywhere near bright enough to be consistent with the 7,200 lumens maximum brightness rating.This observation is based on a side-by-side direct comparison with two other brands of 2x2 LED flat panels:(1) a 4,400 Lumen 2x2 panel brand "L", and(2) 4,200 Lumen 2x2 panels brand "T",both American brands (see also Note at end).INSTALLATION TESTED: All three LED panels compared are mounted on an 8 foot high ceiling, illuminating desktops/workbenches at 31 inches high, for hi-tech/electronics work.LIMITATIONS OF TEST: The light brightness observation is based on in-place comparison, experience, and estimation, rather than measured light level engineering results. There is no time to do a full engineering technical evaluation of the light output of these flat panels, using light (lux) meter measurements over the desk areas.RESULT OF LIGHT BRIGHTNESS COMPARISON: The Allsmartlife panel claiming 7,200 lumens and set to its highest power output and brightness, appears to cast very slightly more light on the desk, than the 4,400 Lumen panel (Brand "L") right beside it. However, it appears that the Allsmartlife panel does not deliver light at the desk top that would be consistent with the more than 60% higher 7,200 lumens of light output claimed, versus the 4,400 and 4,200 lumens delivered according to the manufacturers specifications for panels (1) and (2).PURCHASE OBJECTIVE: My specific objective when purchasing the Allsmartlife 2x2 LED Flat Panel 6-Pack, was to get high brightness for an electronic/technology workroom, where excellent room lighting is required for fine work on the desk ( task lights on the desk are also used, to apply light exactly on work - not just relying on the flat panel ceiling lighting).My intention had been to install (1-10V) dimmers to moderate the ceiling flat panel brightness downwards from the 7,200 lumens level, but with the modest light output now found to be much less than the higher brightness expected, the (0-10V) dimmers are certainly not required.PRODUCT RATING: Because the brightness of the Allsmartlife panel does not appear to meet the high brightness of the 7,200 lumens level claimed, and the claimed 7,200 lumens of high brightness was the MAIN REASON that this panel was SPECIFICALLY SELECTED and purchased, the rating given is 2 stars.Excluding the issue of brightness the rating would be 3.5 or 4 stars, because the Allsmartlife 2x2 panel is satisfactory for the price:- frame construction is 'light' but ok (as noted by other reviews) for use in a standard T-supported ceiling (panel frame construction is compared to all other panels I have purchased)- control switches do work to select color temperature and brightness range (power selection)- no blinking/flickering; no power supply noise, [although dimming using the 1-10v dimming capability has not been tested]- of the flat panel units tested so far, 3 tested out of 6 in the box, all 3 do work, and have continued to operate properly over weeks of use so far. [ Better to purchase 1 or 2 panels for testing, but not available from Allsmartlife ]- power consumption of the panel set to its brightest, is 59.7W, (panel set to 5000K color temp), consistent with the given power specification of 60W for the highest brightness setting.CONCLUSION: If high light output brightness is the purchase objective, this panel might not meet the customer expectations that go with a 7,200 lumens maximum brightness claim, according to basic direct comparison testing.The panel is adequate for general purpose room lighting - it produces just sufficient light to slightly exceed4,400 and 4,200 lumen panels from other manufacturers, in identical test conditions.--------[ Note: In addition to the direct comparison panels 1 and 2 above, the flat panel brightness comparison is also based on earlier experiences with:(a) 3000 Lumen 2x2 panel brand "S"(b) 4000 Lumen 1x4 panel brand "CE"(c) a 5000 Lumen 2x4 panel brand "CE",all American brands, as well as 3000 lumen LED spotlights, and other LEDlights purchased and used. ]----------
