It’s not big, actually it’s has a good size so you can put all your cards and then put it on your pocket. The size of a small cardholder I would say.

What material is it made of-leather or something synthetic??

Feels like leather. It is very nicely made. It isn't my daily carry as I only use it when I travel (unfortunately, not in the last 18 months).

Can cards be put into both sides??

Yes, there are the same slots on both sides and a area in the middle that I also keep a couple cards in. It is a good one for me.
