Quality tool
I had the same concerns everyone else had about how to put it together since I live alone. Came up with a plan and stuck to it: 1 - Put end pieces together 2 - Add pieces to the top beam 3 - Clamp one end to scaffolding I have in shop (still working on completing shop so it's still in there) 4 - Clamp top beam to drywall lift I have and raise it up to attach to end piece 5 - Ask my neighbor for help just in case something slipped. Pieces are heavy enough to break bones if hit just right 6 - Attach other end piece and then tighten everything else Excellent quality and will be very helpful when I have heavy lifting to do. Now I don't have to rely on neighbor to help, he's been great over the years but feel like I own him a lot for the help he has given and I've done so little for him. Even clears snow from driveway in the winter, never asked him to do it, he just did it Enough rambling, I can definitely recommend this product!

Nice crane
It was easy to assemble and so far, has worked well. It allows flexibility in the work area and is easy to move around when not in use.

Titan 2 Ton Telescoping Gantry Crane,
Actually I was impressed with the unit and the assembly was equally so... Only changes I would have would be coming from the hardware package which would be flange bolts and nuts as they are more of an upgrade than the OEM bolts and would be an additional layer of safety than the standard OEM hardware provided and yes I understand it would add to the cost of the unit also and you can decide for yourself as to the designs and modifications would need the companies okay anyway. The unit is a great price for a product that when needed is safe and can save you a lot of time and the added accessories also are at a reasonable price and are functional and safe for lifting standards... As always read the safety info as that too is critical to the safe function of the crane...

Great budget friendly Gantry Crane
After a week or two of moving heavy things around the new shop I decided I needed to be able to move things on my own without having to rely on getting others to help. I'd considered using an engine hoist, but liked the idea of the gantry crane much better. The price was right on this one and it had decent reviews. Freight company dropped it off maybe a week after I ordered, so the shipping was pretty fast too. I don't recall how long it took to put together but maybe a couple hours tops with the help of a local buddy. We assembled it laying down and then walked it up, seemed to be an easy way to get it together. Holes lined up pretty well, maybe a couple benefited from the application of a small amount of force via a rubber mallet. About what I'd expect for this price range as far as not being completely precision engineered. It moves around the shop pretty well even when I'm doing things solo. You'll need to add a trolley and some sort of winch system to complete it but I will say it's worked well for the machines I've moved with it.

Quality Built
I’ve been kicking the tire on a gantry crane for almost a year. Looking at what they had at Harbor Freight and on Amazon. Worrying how it’s going to get to me, if it’s going to be missing pieces, will I need a fork lift to get it off the truck? The box this thing came in was packed very sturdy!! No worries about losing pieces. There was no grinding out the holes to make bolts fit. Everything fit where it should fit. The hardest part of putting this gantry together was lifting it upright. Thankfully a tractor and helping hands were available. I haven’t had any issues with the gantry. It’s been pretty solid!

Packing crate was a joke
Not too difficult to assemble. Build well with heavy welding which is why the cheap crate really surprised me. Plastic straps and balsa wood crate (too thin to be called plywood) only strong enough for one lift with forklift. Bottom buckled and metal plates started slipping out when shipper attempted transfer at shipping depot to my truck. Very lucky I had tie straps. The top, bottom, and sides where stapled together with same staples I use in my Arrow hand stapler. Dumb choice by outfit that assembles this package for shipment. Each piece is critical. I would have been very unhappy if one of those plates had got lost.

Great addition, however, missing parts.
Firstly, the crane is great and seems very robust. It went togther very easily. My only reason for 3 stars is the fact that all four of the support struts were missing from the package. I have contacted the seller via amazon and am waiting for a reply. As soon as i get one i will update the review to reflect the total product. Its a 5 star for the quality and 3 for the kit quality due to missing items.

Does the job well. No drama!
Works well, good value. A little difficult assembling alone but it can be done. I suggest having someone available to help stand it up once it's all put together. Lifted my 66 Suburban body off the frame with ease. Remember to get a trolley and lifting straps if you don't have those already
