What are the steps in order of using? i’m use to just a top coat and base but this kit has primer, prep and builder. help

You would use prep, primer, builder, then a color one if you wish to, and lastly the top coat.

Do you have to use a LED lamp?

For the peeping steps no, but once you start using the gel to glue your tips on then yes, you have to use the LED light in order for it to cure
