Supernova Dry

Ce tuba est le plus efficace que j’ai jamais acheté et en plus plus confortable pour la bouche. Et le prix pour cette qualité c’est une aubaine.

I had a "dry" snorkel for some 30 plus years and it performs flawless ... however, as it is a bit bulky, I thought it's time to invest into some new gear more suited for travel. I trusted the description and the brand but returning form our trip to Spain, I am not yet convinced, that this is "the piece" for me. When it works, the ball valve seems OK. However, on more occasions that not, that "ball" gets stuck. Yes, salt water and sand might have to do with that, but if it isn't intended for open water use, the company should say that. Also, the mouthpiece cannot be adjusted for wearing the snorkel left or right (something I assumed every snorkel would accommodate for that these days). Again, when it works, it is OK but about half of the time of my use, the ball was stuck, either somewhere in the middle (reduced breathing rate) or as it happened on one occasion - in closed position! I had expected more ...

This is a good snorkel as it does the job and the valves work good. No need to spend more on higher priced snorkels.

Este produto é de facto muito bom, corresponde ao informado. De facto quando mergulho não deixa entrar água, evitando o esforço na expulsão da mesma, ao fim de uma série de mergulhos com o tubo tradicional, ficava com algum cansaço. Com este novo processo, quando venho ao de cima, não necessito de expelir a água, basta-me respirar normalmente.
