I've used many Arginine products from different suppliers but Havasu Nutrition is the best by far. You can tell it's working after only a few days. You'll have more energy and feel motivated. Your significant other will like it, too. It does wonders for the circulatory system. I've seen some reviews where people complained that it wasn't 100 percent arginine. Well, that's what makes this supplement better. It the synergistic blend of all the ingredients that makes Havasu's Arginine superior. One of those ingredients, Citrulline, is converted to arginine in the body. Something good happens in the process. I can tell you from personal use this product lives up to all the hype. Just buy it and see how you feel after a week. The difference is obvious. The reason I gave it four stars is because a lot of people are weary over the automatic five star echo effect seen on Amazon these days. The speculation is that companies offer a free product and customers feel obligated to leave the highest rating. This is a real problem and many companies who sell trash on Amazon get a lot of five star ratings by giving away free items. People love free stuff even if it sucks. Crazy. back in my twentys I worked out like if it was a religious task and took all sorts of supplements from creatine, glutamine, amino acids, protein shakes to affedra. Now many years later I am looking for some type of boost to keep up with life. This is the first time I have tried a Nitric Oxide booster, I have heard of all the benefits of taking Nitric Oxide boosters but I never took the chance to try it. So after looking over a couple different brands the Havasu Nutrition brand seemed like the one to go for. The price isn't that bad (until tax and S.H. Come in and it takes at least a week to get to you) and the reviews seemed tamed. I started taking the suggested amount everyday after receiving the product (took two pills after dinner then after about half an hour or an hour then I would work out). This is what I got out of using it, it didn't change anything when it came to intimacy. I'm in my mid forties and was hoping it might give a little boost however nothing for me. Besides been a full time husband and father, I work in construction and I'm on my feet all day, so I hoped it might boost my Energy levels. I never felt any kind of an energy boost at all. However while working out and lifting weights, I get a great pump while lifting, everything gets tight and you can feel it(I know that's supposed to happen while lifting weights, but this felt different from any other time I've ever lifted). So I definitely feel like it's helping pumping blood through as I lift. I have felt a difference in my body of course, I am still a little sceptical about the product and if it's even working. Cause just the fact of working out will cause change to you and your body. I finished the bottle today and went ahead and ordered one more bottle to see if by drying with it might I might start to see it work more. But if I feel like I'm getting the same results as I'm getting now, I will not go for a third.

I had this purchase refunded. I thought it was getting a refill, but this is a total formula change and the new formula is cheap garbage for almost $30/bottle. I got a refund from amazon. New formula on left in photo, old formula on right. From a formulation perspective, the company went from a comprehensive "Pump and Flow" matrix to a generic, simplified capsule. ​1. The "Flow" Complex is Dead. ​The original formula was actually decent. It provided a "Tri-Source" of Arginine and Citrulline. It combined L-Arginine HCl, AAKG (Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate—a superior form for athletic performance), and L-Citrulline. This means it attacks nitric oxide production from multiple angles, maximizing blood flow to the muscle. ​The New Formula only contains Arginine HCl. They killed the synergistic forms. ​2. The Citrulline Stealth-Swap: ​Old: 400 mg of L-Citrulline-DL-Malate. ​New: 200 mg of L-Citrulline-DL-Malate (2:1). ​They didn't just reduce the dose; they replaced actual L-Citrulline with a weaker form. When you use a 2:1 Citrulline Malate, only 2/3rds of that 200 mg is actual Citrulline (the malic acid is for energy/ATP). So the old bottle had 400 mg; the new bottle only has ~133 mg of Citrulline. ​3. The Tart Cherry "Noise": ​The new bottle adds 100 mg of Organic Tart Cherry. Tart cherry is great for post-workout recovery and reducing soreness (DOMS). It is not a nitric oxide/pump agent. It does not belong in this supplement if the goal is pre-workout blood flow.

These definitely work 100% I'm nearly 70 years old the difference is amazing. Don't know why some other people say they don't feel any different! Maybe their dead from the waste down lol. I definitely recommend them Thank you Jay
