I bought this headset on 25 June 2024 and I thought I should write a review about this project after 2 years of use. Very good call quality, noise cancellation. It is priced very well in comparison to similar products. Very high quality product.

I bought one of these for work for Teams calls. I was pleasantly surprised that there's a USB C to audio adaptor and a USB A to C adapter. It even has a 3.5mm connection so I can use it with my phone. The audio adaptor has buttons for volume and mute and has quite a long cable.The microphone is adjustable and quite long. It's attached to the left hand earpiece but can be adjusted forward and backwards so it could be worn the other way around if that's what you'd prefer.Sound quality is pretty good, it's not going to match a gaming headset or an expensive pair of noise cancelling headphones but for the money it's adequate.Works great on Windows with Teams and 3CX. Not tried it on a Mac or Linux but I would guess it would work fine on them too.

I wear a head set everyday for work and needed a quick replacement after our puppy got his paws on my original.Product arrived promptly and we’ll packaged but I’m not a fan.I use the mute function a lot but I can’t be confident on this head set if I’m on mute or not and the only indication is a tiny dot of a light that’s blue and then red when on mute but if at the right angle it’s still blue.It’s really load! Probably great for some people and work environments but nearly blew an ear drum on my first call.The ear pads are bulky and at the end of the day my ears were aching.The sound piece is bendy but the rotating part to move the piece up and down is stiff.The wire is really long. A down side for me but a positive for some I’m sure.There’s too many connections in the wire I don’t understand the need for the separate usb part.At one point during the day the sound was coming out the laptop and I wasn’t sure which of the 3 connecting pieces was loose. Just a problem waiting to happen.Overall I’m not that impressed but as I needed something affordable in a hurry it’ll do till I have time to get another one.I normally wear a head set provided by my work which isn’t anything fancy or expensive.

This product has a very poor build quality. The headphone control box broke apart within a month despite only being used on my desktop. It was not essential to my use case however so I carried on with the headset itself. Even then the wire pokes out of the retractable headset arms when adjusted to smaller sizes.This was ok for a couple of months but the microphone broke today. It is not the most expensive headset you can buy on Amazon but with only 3 months has a very poor cost per use!

Really high quality headset for work or even gaming. The headset is comfy to wear and is very lightweight, you forget you are wearing it sometimes. It works straight out of the box and doesn't need any install files or software. I bought it for my PC but I've also used it with my games console and mobile telephone. It comes with a USB adaptor so it can be used with standard USB ports if your device doesn't have USB C. The inline remote is simple to use and makes volume and muting easily accessible. The headset is adjustable as is the position of the microphone. The sound quality is excellent both for the earphones and the microphone, voices are crystal clear and music has a rich bass and tone. Really pleased with this headset and will be using it a lot for work and online meetings.

Very good headset. One thing I didn't check was if the microphone could be detached. It can't but is easily movable, so you can still use ut as a headphone. Good value and quick delivery.
