Can I use this on medium curly hair with both large and tight curls

Yes you can use on any length of natural hair. My hair is short letting it grow out and I can't wait for the length I prefer medium to long curls.

I assume you just leave it in your hair and don't rinse it out???

Right it's a curly gel you leave in your hair works well after shampoo can condition. Work better with coconut oil in hair first than gel just a little
