I was very happy with the set I received, the only thing missing was a case for platers. I had to order a separate case for the plater, large serving bowl and medium serving bowl. But overall I really like the set.

I really use this platter container to carry hot freshly baked rolls to different gatherings! They arrive intact and warm!

Missing felt dividers.

This isn’t quite as deep as I hoped. That being said, I was able to fit two large platters, a deep pasta bowl, and a deconstructed tiered tray in here. I love that it comes with separators to protect all the pieces. It definitely saves space for my holiday dishes that I don’t have quite enough room in my buffet to store.

There is a hard, rectangular item you put on top of your China. Box itself is flimsy. Be careful when you transport! This is fine if you just need a storage case inside your cabinet.

This is advertised as hard shell platter storage. What it is, in fact, is hard SIDED container with a flimsy soft top and bottom. There is a heavier piece included, but you have insert that on the bottom to make it rigid. Then there is no hard shell protection on the top. If there were 2 of this rigid inserts included, I would have kept it, but there is only one, making it useless unless you want to take the chance of breakage. Quite expensive for it not being hard shell on all sides.
