They’re easy to take and much more convenient than traditional pills, which I really appreciate. That said, the taste is just okay. The initial flavor is fine, but I’m not a big fan of the aftertaste—it lingers a bit more than I’d like. Also, the serving size is three gummies, so you do have to take multiple to get the full dose, which may not be ideal for everyone. Even with those small downsides, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to, and I do notice a difference when I stay consistent with them. Overall, not bad—I’ll continue using them, but I just wish the aftertaste was better.

Yup, they've got iron in 'em all right. The aftertaste is super rusty! But, I only take 1 at a time and I take it with food, so I'm able to bear it. Overall this supplement has quite a good nutritional profile and should be effective. UPDATE: I'm down near the end of the bottle now. I definitely think these gummies have been good. I take them with my multivitamin at breakfast, and have had good consistent energy levels through the day. Of course it's hard to ascribe this effect to any one supplement, but this particular success is one I have found while taking this supplement, so I'm likely to continue. The taste of these is easily acquired, too - doesn't bother me at all anymore.

I buy these for my daughter who has thalassemia trait and has low iron levels. She likes the taste and texture and has no side effects.

Very tasty, no metallic aftertaste. Take with food to avoid stomach issues after taking. Only has 20 doses though.

I know I wasn't looking for something that tasted amazing but these things are gross. At first I thought it was just the after taste but nope, it's the taste and the aftertaste that lingers is pretty awful. You can one hundred percent tell it's a gummy with a lot of iron. With that said, I do not take three a day anymore. I take one and I do feel less tired. I was also looking for something with zinc because zinc is the secret to all things in your body. Several of the vitamins in this gummy can cause constipation but I have not struggled with that at all even when I was taking 3 a day. I am also a diabetic and can tell that there's definitely a lot of sugar in it but it doesn't raise my glucose so that's a plus.
