Challenges the Mind
Assembly is challenging. It is very educational and fit for teenagers. It is very beautiful and good to use as a display when completed. It is fun and very challenging. The size is reasonable. It is a bit on the delicate side

for grandchildren
Although young they really enjoyed the puzzle gifts, especially since they now live in Sydney, Australia after moving from London, England

Well worth the purchase
Loved old Sydney town. Flash backs to memory living there

Deformed
Exactly what you see is what you get. One piece of the foam puzzle pieces was deformed.

Harder to build & missing pieces
My 13 year old son needed help putting this together and then when he got close to the end pieces were missing. They did send missing pieces but it took a while to get.

Thoroughly enjoayable, 4.75!
This was the second 4D Cityscape puzzle I built, the first one being the U.S.A. For this, I thoroughly enjoyed putting my favorite city together, and thought this model was better, and harder, than the one for the U.S.A. As usual, this puzzle started out with the base layer, which is 722 pieces. The "graphic" for this layer is from 1912 per the 4D Cityscape website, and the nondescript farmlands of this layer was a challenge to put together. This layer is much harder than the one from U.S.A. as there were absolutely no names/numbers/landmarks/whatsoever on this layer, as opposed to the U.S.A., which has at least various letters and numbers to guide the process for its' first layer . The puzzle then moves on to the second foam layer, and was noticebly easier than the first layer to put together, but still a little challenging. This layer is basically a map of modern Sydney, with many, but not all, of the names of various parks, streets, and other structures listed on the pieces to guide the player. Then the last layer was the ~100 buildings/landmarks and (yes) garages, which were the quickest element to finish. The building roster also "takes one through time," if you decide to follow the sequence of the buildings from 1849 to 2007. From an educational standpoint however, the one from U.S.A. has more educational facts built into the puzzle than this one. In the end, the puzzle came out looking noticebly better than U.S.A.. The puzzle looks more populated/impressive than the relatively sparse landmarks that were smaller and were spread out on the U.S.A. puzzle. There was also more details to the map/landmarks then the U.S.A. The only reasons this one didn't receive a perfect 5 were because a few of the pieces weren't completely cut, and some of the edges of the pieces were too similiar to one another. A few times, I had to do a few takes to see if the right piece was actually the right piece since a few other similar pieces could also fit into the same spot. This puzzle took me about 12-16 hours total to finish. And like the one from U.S.A., I would also imagine an 8 year old (the minimum age list on the box) to need a bit of help finishing this puzzle.

Missing pieces and contained pieces from another city
Very disappointed. Although all of the first level pieces were in the box, I was missing many of the second level pieces. I also had second level pieces in my box for San Francisco - not Sydney. I was really excited to get this puzzle done only to find out that I can’t do it. Total waste of time.

its ok to play but this new generation ....
the florescent are no longer available on the puzzle (roads no longer bright anymore). and bottom are no longer thick plastic bibbles they are just very thin sheet of paper and very hard to carry around the plastic buildings are hard to take off and i hurt myself too. maybe i should sue them for making dangerous puzzle parts that have great potential of hurting customers ... i prefer the first generation much better . the first generation London 4D is perfect larger box thow

Quality is not great
I have purchased other 4D Cityscape puzzles in the past, and by far, this was the worst quality one yet. Pieces not fully cut and very thin.
