This is a great popcorn maker. Not only does it make good popcorn but we add a bit of sugar or brown sulfate and a bit of cinnamon with some avocado oil in the bottom of the bowl, add the popcorn and mix. Then into the microwave - about 5 min later a sweet glazed popcorn is done. It is so good. This cleans easily and is dishwasher safe. The pot does get hot but I have had no problem using the handle bare handed to get it out of the microwave. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

Stellar popcorn popping kettle. So easy, light weight to handle. Very ergonomic. It looks like a large tea kettle you can see through. Glass, woh a lasting cradle. Using a Pot holder is suggested when handling after the microwave. So easy to use. As advertised it uses a small amount of popcorn (1/4 cup) and no oil, with big results. I’d say the measurement makes about four cups of popcorn. Add the amount of butter recommended and let the microwave do the rest. 2min 30 sec made theater smelling popcorn. I might do it for 2 min next time. But all herbals were popped and crisp . The best part; no oil needed. Season as preferred. If you do used butter as suggested, it gives the popcorn a great flavor. Easy clean up🍿 A wonderful gift or addition for your movie night ritual.

Edit: I wanted to give this popper the benefit of the doubt, so I kept believing the problem was us. However, attempts prove us wrong. The pooper did good at first, every batch after that was hit and miss, becoming mostly miss. Every pot has either wasted an eighth cup kernels on the bottom of the pot, or burns the popped while waiting for the rest to pop. Sorry, I can't recommend this popper. ------- This cute little pot makes a yummy batch of popcorn! There’s directions that come with it that explains the science of popcorn making. I didn’t know these things. I do have to note, it’s not a perfect science, because though I have gotten to know my microwave, I can fill it with two lids and it sometimes stops popping at half a pot, OR if I let it keep popping it burns a few. However most of the time, it yields a perfect pot. (I should probably say here too, that I don’t use oil.)

Im loving this microwave popcorn popper its worth every penny and better then the movie popcorn make it just the way ya want 😋 yum yum. Light weight so far no burnt popcorn fast cleaning so easy and fast to use can be stored anywhere

I've been using the silicone microwave ones for several years, and they work fine. This is better. The popcorn is crisper. I have figured out that I can just spray the kernels at the bottom of the popper with the nonfat butter flavored spray you can get at any grocery store, and then add the super-fine popcorn salt before popping, and it comes out perfect and salty. (I've read that you shouldn't add the salt until after popping, but this works great for me.) Some have said the glass is 'thin' and won't last too long; we'll see. Doesn't seem particularly thin to me, and glass usually lasts unless you whack it. I'm very happy with this popper! Ok, Update: Many others have said this, but it seems to NOT want to pop all the kernels you ask it to. I bought this bigger one because I want to make more popcorn. I don't often get a full container of popped popcorn, so is it really a 3 quart popper? But -- it will do a half load all day long. And the corn that it pops is tasty and crispy.

This thing is great!!! I grew up having popcorn fixed on the stove in a pan, so the popcorn bags you buy at the store never really tasted right too me although good. You do have to play with the timing and amount just a little, but this works really well and the flavor is as close as anything to what I remember. If your looking for an alternative to "jiffy pop" popcorn, get one of these. Its worth it!

Healthier, tastier and cheaper than microwave popcorn, same convenience. However, if you want butter, melt it separately, it just burns up in the butter melter on top. Also, quite a few unpopped kernels. I give it a 4.5

We use this every couple of days. My 11 year old uses it to make his snacks and for school lunches. Easy to clean, easy to use. Like the main part is glass and not dangerous cheap plastic
