I wish I had a sample of this as reviews are mixed. Cant tell if the change in product was for good or ill. Recently bought 3 Dwarf Robos.

I have robos and they all LOVE this. I use a habitrai ovo den and leave it ini the habitat so they can use it when they want. It works great, they look so good after they have a good rool in it. Also I love when they kick it around and have it fall all over them as if in a shower. But, I must say buy a habitral ovo DEN. They sell them here on amazon...otherwise you could have a mess with them digging and kicking it out all over the place.

Does anyone out there actually use this for chinchillas??? I need to know how it compares to other chinchilla dust baths. Is it less dusty?

Hi Anne. In my experience, there is no less dusty; as long as they have their round box with dust they are as happy as can be. I did start out with Kaytee but then shopped around and ended up buying what was most economical. Are these your first? What a pleasure they are.

Is this bath sand too dusty for a syrian hamster to use?

I doubt it. My gerbils roll around in it and love it!

What is the weight of each packet of dust?
