This version of the Bullworker is best for beginners, ladies, and elderly people. You can build up the whole muscle with the isometric contraction without the burdensome training.

Redelijk goeie bullworker.
Deze Bullworker is prima, maar niet zo goed als de x pro 5, die ik ook bezit. Vindt de veer een beetje aan de stugge kant maar dit kun je makkelijk oplossen, door een beetje wd40 er in de spuiten en hier wordt het apparaat een stuk soepeler van. Voor de beginner een prima ding en voor het geld krijg je goed gebouwde bullworker, waar je jaren plezier aan kunt beleven.

Bullworker makes great products for muscle fitness, health, and strength. As a 69 year old male, isometric exercise is all I need for muscle fitness in a safe injury free way. No more weight lifting for me, I enjoy the Bullworker Basic with a Steel Bow model coming.
