Faulty lock - new combination isn't recognised and can't unlock

Had the same problem, I don't think it's faulty it's just cheap and nasty. I sent mine back after a month of use!

Is this long enough to lock both tyres on a mountain bike

How strong is it against thieves?

I wouldn't trust it tbh, if you want something strong then buy a sold secure, gold, diamond or platinum lock not a cheap item like this ... mine failed after a few weeks and had to send it back, I was then contacted by the seller asking me to remove my review and in return they would give me an Amazon voucher ... so in other words, they're quite happy to sell people crap!
