This is just one of those comfort collections for me... shania was my jam, I danced many a times with Dustin (the broom) in the kitchen to her CD... The vinyl sounds good, I can't say I'm a fan of the discography layout... but it's fine. Shipping was a nightmare, but it came eventually...

Shania Twain has given four CDs of her country pop mixes. Most of them are diamond certified. With tracks coming from such awesome albums one can only imagine the quality of tracks in this CD. Forever and for Always, Up and I'm gonna getcha good are but give aways in this CD. Most other tracks from the other great albums of her are awesome. They are typically chart busters - totally top notch and have great country feel to it. I can only feel a sense of pride that I own this CD. I am planning to buy her last album Up after listening to the songs for a long time. Shania Twain has great amazing control over her voice, which is also crystal clear. All songs have been designed extremely well, what an amazing tune and stunning wordsworthy lyrics. The background by the violins and pianos are played so well and blend into it perfectly only making you wanna wish more and more of it. How I wish Shania could make more such albums. No wonder she is a legend, a true phenomenon.

You know how some Greatest Hits collections leave out one or two of the artist's biggest records to make sure you have to buy another cd to get all the goodies, Shania's collection totally does not do this!!! It has every single one of her major hits. I own Shania's entire collection and love some of the songs that were not megahits but it is great to have all the favourites on one disc. Definitely something worth owning and if you don't have any of Shania's old stuff, this is all you will really need. If you want to introduce Shania to a friend or get someone a gift, this is a great option for sure. Great as a workout disc too. Shania grew up impoverished, so it really seems like she or somebody on her team wants to make sure her fans get great value for their money. I saw her live and she sounds just as a great live. A great Canadian artist and one of the few truly Greatest Hits albums.
