Is this brushless or can a shaving brush be used?

I use it brushless, but I'm sure using just a few drops of water in some and a brush would work fine. This is one of the better ones I've used, and still use. I experience no razor burn, and it's really non irritating, as most shaving cremes, lathers, etc. always seem to be for me.
