Apple 2018 MacBook Pro with 2.9GHz Intel Core i9, 15.4 inch, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD Storage, Silver (Renewed)

Fantastic product ordered from Networkstore, who did a phenomenal job handling the order. I like this model year because it was the first year the space gray went touchbar. You get the awesome Space Gray look without the $2.5k Space Gray price when new. i9 Yo - who do you really know uses all of that bandwidth at home? It was really meant for a business application eg LLMs AI crunching scientific etc and it's remarkable you get a computing lab in a small slab. The ultra low profile keyboard does take some getting used to as the designers went deep with ergonomics -- some say to a detriment -- the keys have very little travel and resemble push buttons on cars but one thing is for sure you get the ultra modern look and feel without the ultra modern price. Networkstore save another for me!

I got exactly what i paid for. i was Skeptical at first seeing that it was my first Macbook i purchased online and The Spects on it are powerful, but i got what i paid for from the seller and im satisfied. no scratches, no technical issues, i checked the About this mac tab and Saw exactly what i paid for in the description. its the Power i need for my music and video Editing Software. I bought it for its power and theres No BSOD like windows 10 Pc's.

Justo lo que deseaba, buena computadora, es usada pero rinde muy bien para mis programas de diseño y edición de video

I am a Graphic Design student and wanted to get a powerful MacBook without breaking the bank, this laptop fits all the categories and has become a great workhorse laptop for me. came in good packaging and had no issues with the battery. Over my 2 months of using it, it hasn't had any issues!

When I unboxed this it was extremely clean - almost new in its appearance. After setting it up and transferring everything from my old MacBook I was pleased to see that the battery had its full capacity left and the photography apps I use this for were running so much faster than they had on my mid-2012 MacBook Pro. Then I started typing and became immediately frustrated that almost every key under my left hand either did not immediately produce the letter it was supposed to, or it would produce multiple letters. Sometimes I got an 'a', sometimes I didn't, and sometimes I'd get 'aaa' from a single strike. So I contacted Amazon support and they walked me through submitting a ticket asking for a replacement. When submitting the ticket is said someone would respond within 2 days. I wasn't in any way happy about that since I had already committed to work on the new computer, but it is what it is, so I waited. And here I am still waiting with no response from their support yet. I'm in a situation where this needed to be resolved within a week of me submitting the ticket, and now we're at 5 days with 2 of them being the weekend. If everything worked, I'd have been thrilled and this would be a glowing review. But I've long ago learned that if something is going to go wrong with a computer it's going to be in the first couple weeks, and this utter lack of customer service would keep me from recommending them to anyone.

Other than a few scratches on the lid and a few rubbed out keys (a,s,e) perfect. The off brand charger gets really hot, meh… 212 battery cycles on a 2019 is pretty solid, got about 8 hrs unplugged running normal use. I only render music at home so that’s fine for me. Great deal, great seller

Specifications were spot on to the listing. Computer came in great shape with only two small dents on the back of the case. All keys work. Speakers work great. Battery only had 30 cycles counted when I got it so the battery is practically new and clearly been only tested on. I'm thoroughly pleased with the quality of this device and want anyone on the fence to know that this has been a great experience for a renewed device!

Was needing a computer to run windows and OS and this is one of the last of the apple generation to do so! The laptop is in great condition can't even tell its refurbished/used. It's a super laptop for the price, highly recommend this seller as well!

The screen had a skin on it to hide the damage. Pressing the “e” on the keyboard always caused triple letters. The powercord they shipped didn’t work at all and it wasn’t a real apple powercord. I contacted them for a replacement powercord but no reply. The laptop stopped working after 2 months and is still in the repair shop
