ROCKBROS Rear Bike Rack 115 lbs Capacity

A GREAT bike rack.. Very well built and heavy duty setup.. Adjusting rack bars and quick release mounts are really nice looking with a perfect spontaneous on the back to mount a rear brake light. Sports Alot of weight 💪😁🤟

The installation guide was straight forward and the adjustable arms allowed it to fit my road bike. I was looking for something long and sturdy that would support my travel bag. Without this rack I would have resorted to cycling with a backpack which, if you do any amount of cycling, you know your back gets really sweaty. Overall the construction is study and the paint finish looks nice.The only thing I would change is the reflector which seemed a bit cheap. There was no easy way to attach my personal rear light, however, there was enough space between the wheel and the bottom of the rack that attaching the light to the seat tube did not impare visibility of the light to oncoming traffic.Overall, very satisfied:)

Don't get me wrong, I really like the rack, and it is lightweight and fairly sturdy if you get the clamps nice and tight. Deducted one star because although it is quick release, it's a major hassle to get the rubber isolators back in the clamping areas. They should have permanently bonded the small rubber isolator pads to the areas that clamp to the frame and seat post, otherwise they just fall out when you release the 3 clamping points. Then you risk losing them, not to mention the amount of time it takes getting them reinstalled when putting it back on. I just used 3M emblem adhesive and glued them to the clamping areas on the rack like the manufacturer should have.

The bike rack came with the tools and accessories needed for installation. The instructions could have been better! This bike rack is very adjustable and should fit most any bike. It's light weight but seems pretty durable. I'll include some pictures in an updated review in a few days.

This is the first product I have purchased from Amazon and I'm extremely disappointed. The screws were cut so there was no way you could fix a nut too. Whoever cut these screws didn't have a clue how to properly cut them. Several bolts, screws, etc... we're missing and I have had to pay out of pocket to replace what was missing. And it's not cheap either. And I still can't put this "bike rack" together. The instructions are so vague and the pictures don't help either. It should be noted I did contact the company but they never did follow through. In closing don't waste your money on this piece of "junk" and try and find something better if you can LoL!Update: Not only did I get I a free replacement bike I also got a FUll REFUND so yeah. Definitely going to give them another chance :P

Nothing to dislike - I bought this to use with my Arkel pannier backpack and it's perfect. I installed it on my mountain bike and the only difference in the actual vs instructions is that I could not use the pads on the seat tube as it was larger than expected and the pads made it too wide to connect and still feel like it was solid. Pads worked fine on the lower tubes though. Happy with my purchase.

The bicycle rack was delivered quickly as promised; the installation went well for the most part. One of the supports was not drilled for installation; I was able to drill out the support to complete the install.I wrote the company directly and explained my concern. ROCKBROS responded quickly and professionally and sent me not only the replacement part I needed, but a whole new rack!Thank you ROCKBROS!
