Nature Made Wellblends Back to Sleep Supplement, 40 Fast Dissolve Tablets

The only sleep aid that works in the middle of the night that I've been able to find. Do follow the instructions that say only take if you've got 4 hours before you have to be up because it can make you a little groggy if you take it just a few hours before your needing to be up and around. I used to buy it in the grocery store and can't find it anymore except for here online. Middle of the night Awakening is my biggest problem and this seems to really be the solution. Dissolves quickly and you don't need water so you don't have to wake up too much to take it. No side effects and not a bad taste.

I keep this product in a drawer right next to my bed. It helps me get back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I like the taste. I don't need to get up to get water. I wake up at my regular time in the morning without any grogginess. When I recently heard from my adult daughter that she was having difficulty falling asleep because of her stressful life, I asked her whether I could send her a bottle to try. She was normally very resistant to taking sleeping pills. She agreed to try it. When I asked her a few weeks later whether she had tried it, she enthusiastically said it worked great. I am so pleased that it worked as well for her as it does for me.

I wake up from time to time during the night and cannot go back to sleep. This supplement does help me most of time. The reason I like it is because it doesn't leave me groggy or give me a headache in the morning. (Some sleep aides help me sleep, but I have a terrible headache in the morning.)

As a guy who has had a lot of sleep problems over the past few years, I've tried a LOT of sleep supplements. Most melatonin supplements and patches have had kind of a so-so effect, and often leave me feeling very groggy the next day. These seem different. I take one of these, and I'm relaxed and falling asleep within a half hour or so. What I REALLY like about these is that the dose of melatonin is so low, you can (as the "Back to Sleep" name would imply) pop one of these in the middle of the night if you're tossing an turning. What's great about that is that I don't have to decide if I want to take this every night before bed--I can just take one during the night if I need to. Full disclosure: I do also take 360mg of Nature's Bounty Advanced Magnesium Glycinate every night before bed. I have heard that magnesium glycinate increases your body's receptivity to melatonin, so there could be something going on with that combination there. I have found that the Magnesium Glycinate helps me to sleep deeper than I was, so I definitely recommend those every night as well.

It worked really well for falling asleep quicky and did not make me feel groggy the next morning!

Too expensive

First found this product at Target. Then it was no longer available. Found it on Amazon, and opted for Subscribe and Save, just to keep it coming!! Excellent product! Combination of melatonin, theanine and GABA (all in relatively small doses) truly help, in the middle of the night, to stop the random earworm Kelly Clarkson or Gwen Stefani or Jelly Roll songs from playing over and over in your head, while simultaneously creating and recreating your To-Do list for the next day. Don’t know why, but it seems to work 98% of the time. Back to sleep, with no residual side effects. Hope this product never disappears from the line-up. It’s a virtual lifesaver for those of us who awaken in the dead of night and CANNOT get back to sleep!
