It would not work so I am returning it.

Does not work with my handycam. It will delete your camera hard drive.
Cord does not work with my Sony Handycam. I plug it into the camera and other end into computer and it instantly shuts the camera off. Very disappointed. So then I unhook cord and guess what. All my precious videos are GONE. This is total crap.

Great product but not for me
Product was delivered earlier than expected, which was a plus.The product is well made and fit my Sony HD camera, however, it did not help me sync the video camera with my iMac. That is the reason for the 3 stars.
