The M3i Total Body Trainer does include stretch pads, they are the set of triangular end caps on the rear-base of the machine. Hi Ellen, The TBT fits riders of all shapes and sizes primarily due to the upright seated position, but it will depend on the rider's wingspan and inseam length. Generally speaking, it fits riders 5' and up. The exercise arms are linked to the pedals, so they share the same resistance. Is there an assembly option available on delivery?

Amazon may not offer assembly services on all of our products, although I can't really recommend the services they offer in all cases. We have had many of our customers products damaged by under-qualified repair technicians, and it has been very difficult to get an acceptable resolution from the Home Services department.
