This is a great fogger when used for mold control
This is a great fogger when used for mold control. If you do not want to read the Mold testing methodology below, I would recommend using Mr Clean – Multipurpose Cleaner over much more expensive and less effective chemicals such as Concrobium (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B009AN7Y2U/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The House Environment: I bought a Fix-er-upper 3000sq' home from the early 1900's that had a large quantity of standing water in the basement and was shut up and abandoned for about a year. Needless to say, every surface in the basement was covered in many different colors of mold and mildew that was starting to creep up the inside of the wet walls (Balloon frame, very open walls with high airflow pulling from basement to attic area). **Water was drained, and old wood debris and ruined furniture removed from basement before testing. Commercial dehumidifiers were used to drop humidity to around 50%, and removed before testing the fogger** -- ** PPE MUST be work when using this device and chemicals, I wore a “Bunny Suit” and approved respirator.** Fogger function: I bought this fogger and several gallons of concrobium. The fogger on its highest setting was placed in the basement and was able to create a dense fog that coated every surface in the basement, as well as allow the house to "breath" the fog into the walls and all the way up to the attic. I kid you not, after the basement was foggy with 2 gallons of Concrobium I went to carry it up to the attic for fogging and it was already dense up there on the 3rd floor. The air on the 1st floor was dense, the 2nd floor was not as foggy and was fogged separately with about 1/2 a gallon. Concrobium – Apx $35 / gal: The Concrobium wasn’t as effective as I had hoped, I left the residence and sealed it returning periodically to where the fog lasted for about 3 hours. I let the house sit for a week and inspected the Mold. (It is worth mentioning that Concrobium will not remove mold and mildew stains on it’s own.) The mold that was all different colors, persisted to stay colored, where it should have turned black or brown. The few test spots of mold that I scraped the fluffy bits off of continued to grow. I repeated the above with another week of letting the house rest. The mold was only mildly reduced, which might have been mostly caused by the drop in humidity. Fairly disappointing. **I began testing various cleaners / chemicals in a garden sprayer with the mold directly. Skip to the best one:** Mr Clean – Multipurpose Cleaner (Meadows & Rain Scent) from Walmart. – Apx $6 / gal: Repeated the same steps as the Concrobium above but with much more positive results. This cleaner not only smells good (after allowing time for proper ventilation) but it actually kills Mold and Mildew pretty much on contact, which the fogger can easily achieve. The colored Mold all turned either Black or Brown and became easy to wipe off after fogging from hard surfaces. The floor joists, which are not spotless and very absorbent (100-year-old Oak and Pine beams), do have visible reduction in mold as well as no new blooms! Fast forward several months and this is still my go to chemical after a hard rain where the basement will start getting a light must smell.

Very effective at creating a thick fog. Super easy to use.
I have a double bay garage that developed a mold problem due to a leaky roof. In an effort to cure this, I have taken a number of steps, including spraying all surfaces with generous dose of hydrogen peroxide; removing tainted items; and then spraying a disinfectant (Lysol--Rain Forest scent--I think). As a final measure, I used this device to disperse one gallon of a fungicide--Concrobium, also purchased from Amazon. This last step was an attempt to be thorough and hit all of those areas and nooks and crannies I missed with my manual efforts. I left this machine on for about 20 mins at a low setting. By the end of this time, the entire garage was filled from floor to ceiling with a dense and palpable fog. A subsequent inspection revealed even the remotest areas--even the ceiling--of the garage had been reached. Am very impressed with the performance. Be sure to read the instructions carefully. This machine needs a constant source of fresh air. As such, you should not just leave it in the center of the room and let it run. In my case, I cracked a window and placed the intake end facing the window.

Great pressure, to strong for my 32sqft greenhouse tomato ...
Very well made. Great pressure, to strong for my 32sqft greenhouse tomato garden actually. The pressure is strong on all settings, ranging from 3 feet to 6 feet from the lowest to the highest. It fogs a large area and the pressure is almost snapping young plants at the distance I mentioned. Easy to use, great product!

If you have mold, I'D STOP PROCRASTINATING AND GET THIS NOW
I can't believe how long it took me to finally get this to get rid of our mold problem.... I'm a young female, and this just looks complicated to me... but it really wasn't... If you're a girl and you have a mold issue in your house... you can either spend 3grand and have someone come out and do this professionally or pay 300 + a bottle of Mold Control, and do it yourself. This was a LOT less complicated than I thought it would be. I would get an extension cord, so you don't have to go all the way back in the room to the plug after you turn it off, and you can quickly move from room to room.... I did use a mask, and I wished I had goggles. Mold Control isn't toxic, but the mold spores can fly into the air from the movement while it's still working to kill them... It took me about an hour to fog out a 4 bedroom house... Please remember to open all your closet doors... cover over your electronics that you wouldn't want to get misted with anything, and know that this (at least the mold control) doesn't go through walls! So if you might have mold growing BEHIND your walls... which is quite possible.... the mold control solution actually needs to be able to get in contact with the mold in order to work.... So you still may need a professional.... I think we maybe do too, unless we take out little chunks of some of the walls and just mist out the room again aimed at the hole (which would still be cheaper than hiring a professional, who will also rip out your wall anyway....) Stop waiting and get this over with.... MOLD IS SO FREAKING TOXIC..... I couldn't really tell too much of a difference in the smell of my house (but that's because I've also used a H2o3 (higher form of oxygen) machine to blast out as much of it as possible) but I definitely felt a difference in my shower!!! Good luck, and thanks to the manufacturer of this machine 🙏🏼💛

A little pricey, but no regrets
After successfully eradicating myself of an extended infestation of bed bugs I was thrilled...until a trip to Florida brought them back in full force several months later. At wits end, I decided to buy this product after seeing reviews of it some time back during my initial battle. Boy am I glad I bought this, it worked wonders and allowed me to get into the nooks and crannies I had missed previously. My only regret is that I wish I had bought this the minute I saw it the first time. It would've saved me alot of aggravation and money. If you've never suffered the effects of bed bugs, I cannot adequately describe to you the humiliation felt by those of us who have had to deal with them. Even though none of us wanted nor asked for them, it is a pretty demoralizing experience I hope I never have to deal with again. If I do, at least now I have the knowledge and tools needed to stop it in it's tracks. No exterminator will ever be able take away what I have learned from all this, and I will never have a need to pay their exorbitant prices to do what I already know how to do.

I am a professional
I originally purchased 3 of these from bugspraycart.com for $400 each and have used them constantly for 3 years with zero issues. Due to the COVID-19 issues, we are disinfecting huge commercial buildings and charter buses and needed a faster application method. I ordered 4 of these from Amazon on Wednesday the 18th of March and received them on March 21st despite every supplier I know being out of stock. I immediately filled it with an EPA approved disinfectant and went to town in my garage to test it out. There are 3 nozzles instead of 1 like on the former units. The adjustment nozzle has an easy-to-read range. The base is wide and sturdy. There are 4 latches instead of the two on the former model. The only complaint is that the aluminum showed a visible stain around the top of the pot where the solution had foamed. The former unit occasionally showed signs of pitting if we didn't rinse it out fast enough. This came with a single plastic bag liner, but that had a hole in, so the hole pot was exposed when I filled it. I would be happier with a heavy plastic pot. That aside, I immediately let all of my counterparts know about this seller as well. I am very pleased. As a side note, and this is important, PLEASE do not use these for disinfection without wearing a respirator. PLEASE do not believe every video you see online. There are more steps required to effectively killing this virus than just applying a disinfectant.

Worked great.
The product alone gets 5 stars but I deducted 1 star because I think a better set of instructions should be included with the Fogger. Luckily I found the Concrobium video which takes you through the whole process. It certainly gives out a great mist. I started on Medium and moved to low because (as the video suggested) I stopped the machine after a few minutes and found some slight liquid build up (Which by the way, the video states is the reason for the white chalk like residue other reviewers noted). I moved it to low for the rest of the room and no residue. Does this (along with the Concrobium) actually kill the mold? I honestly have no idea. We do still have mold staining which I was told would happen but really is that mold or is it just staining?? We would need a mold test kit for that and I'm not investing in one. All in all, the product worked great.
