How long before it expires?

I couldn't read the expiration date. I have some left over from my cleaning last spring and I am comfortable using it again next spring.

can you use it in a power washer?

No. Just connect to hose. . It is a very good product. Spray is powerful enough.

Can it be used on outdoor furniture ?

I am not 100% sure on the yard furniture. I used it on vinyl siding on my garage and vinyl windows. It worked great for me plus it was easy to apply. I did a final rinse with my water hose because the water pressure was stronger once I removed the applicator. Hope that helps you.
