Fairly Realistic And Not Cheesy Looking
I easily drilled a hole in this (in the center of the log) and fed a zip tie through it, to zip tie it to our fence. I was hoping it would deter the birds some. I don't think it's been super successful for that, BUT...it's pretty cute.

LOVE!!!
We Live 'Hootie'♡. Originally, I was looking for one to scare off squirrels, but this little guy caught my eye! Unfortunately, I dropped it on cement patio soon after receiving, breaking off the base, so ended up having to stick him in a planter, but he's very happy there. Coloring, details, quality... all good.

I like it. The rodents seem to think it's very nice.
This is a well-made item. It is attractive. It stays where I put it, until a squirrel uses it as a launchpad to get into the flower bed. So I have to stand it back up.

My owls
Love it. I used to have barn owls. When we moved I set them up with the new owner. This statue looks pretty closed to them. I have it on my mantle. Makes me feel happy.

It won’t stand up on its own. Very unstable.
I purchased it to keep certain predators away from my front porch. Owl was very expensive and tipsy. I had to put it in a flower pot with rocks in the bottom to hold it up or it falls over. Very disappointing.

Birds Still Visit, But the Balcony Is Clean! 🦉
We bought this owl to keep birds away from our balcony, and I’m happy with the result! 🦉✨ Before that, cuckoos kept coming to our balcony, usually in pairs. They would sit there, hang out, and leave a mess behind. I had to clean the balcony all the time. After placing this owl, the cuckoos still fly by sometimes, sit nearby, look at it for a little while, and then leave. But the most important thing is that the balcony stays clean now! 😄 So even though the birds are still curious about it, I believe the owl is doing its job. Cute and useful! 🦉👍
