I bought it to specifically use it on the detachable screen of my Lian Li HydroShift II LCD-S AIO. I had to cut some of the plastic to make space for it as the large heatsinks on the Z890 Apex did not allow it to attach. This saw did the job perfectly.

I bought this hacksaw specifically to cut curtain rails since the product description mentioned that it is suitable for metal cutting. Unfortunately, it did not perform as expected. The blade was not strong or sharp enough to cut through the metal efficiently, and the whole process required a lot more effort than it should have. I expected smoother and easier cutting based on the description, but it took a huge amount of elbow grease just to make very slow progress. For a tool advertised for metal cutting, the performance was disappointing. While the compact size is convenient, it simply did not work well for my project and struggled to cut through the curtain rails effectively.

I was cutting the heads off some rusted out bolts and my jigsaw, with blades meant for metal, was not getting through. This little jigsaw tore through those things with relative ease. It was easy to use and a great price. I like the compact size and the extra blades and everything. If I had to saw my way to freedom, this is the hacksaw I'd want.

PURCHASED THIS ONLY TO SLICE OFF A 2 INCH LONG AND 1 AND A HALF INCH ROUND PIECE OF STEEL THAT CAME WITH A HOME LEG EXTENSION/ LYING HAMSTRING MACHINE COMBO WHICH IS A STOPPER THEY PLACED IN THE BOTTOM THAT RIGHT FROM THE GET GO I KNEW WAS GIVING ME 2 FULL INCHES LESS OF RANGE OF MOTION ON BOTH THE LEG EXTENSION AND THE LYING HAMSTRING CURL SO WITH CAREFUL ANNALASYS I KNEW SAWING OFF THAT STOPPER WOULD STILL WORK WITHOUT MESSING ANYTHING UP. SO THIS SAW WAS PERFECT!!! THE STEEL TUBING WAS SUPERBLY TOUGH AS NAILS NOT CHEAP FEELING OR SOUNDING IF YOU KNOCK ON IT SOME SOME DO SO THIS WAS NOT A 5-10 MINUTE JOB CAUSE THAT STEEL WAS THICK AS WELL SO I HAD TO TAKE MANY BRAKES AND GO IN FROM ALL ANGLES, TOP, SIDES, BOTTOM CAUSE IT WAS HARDER THAN I THOUGHT SO WHEN I CAN FINALLY SEE THAT 90 % WAS SAWED OFF I JUST TOOK A PRESSURE PLIER AND JUST YANKED IT OFF WITH EASE. MISSION ACOMPLISHED. THIS SAW WAS SO COMFORTABLE TO USE AS WELL AND THE BLADE AFTER ALL THAT SAWING WAS STILL IN PERFECT COMDITION. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!’
