What is the difference between the cpc200-ccpa cpc200-autokit?

The CPC200-CCPA is the newer version. It brings wireless CarPlay/wireless Android Auto/wired mirroring.
The CPC200-AutoKit is able to bring wireless CarPlay/wired Android Auto/wired mirroring.
Both are suitable for aftermarket Android stereo only. They also need to be equipped with the AutoKit APP to use together.
You can try downloading the APK first. here is the download link. If you can install it, it will work.

If i connect this to a tablet does it also charge the device or will the tablet have to run off battery whilst the device is plugged in?

very glad to hear from you. This product is not compatible with tablets.
It is only suitable for aftermarket Android radios and needs to be used with the AutoKit APK.

Note: In general, this product is not suitable for use if your screen is original.

If your screen is Android, you need to install the Autokit app on the car's Android screen first. Otherwise, you won't be able to use it in the car.
