Can it be connected to the docking station ?

Dear customer, Thanks for your query, the switch grip controller is designed for Switch/Switch OLED console, it adopts type-C direct connection to the bottom port of Switch/Switch OLED, While it dost not support connected to the docking station, hope this can help you.

I have tried 2 of these controllers and I can't get them to pair with my switch

Hello, Try the following guidelines: 1. Turn on your Switch. 2. Click on "System Settings". 3. Scroll down on the menu to "Controllers and Sensors". 4. Make sure that "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is "On". 5. Click "OK". I hope this solves your issue as this Joypad Controller is very comfortable and awesome!
