My kanto mount which centered a 400x400 vesa pattern. the new oled has a 300x300 vesa which is lower. will this center the tv on the mount?

Hello, Thank you for your interest! This adapter will only lower or raise your existing VESA brackets, it won't shrink down the VESA pattern. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Can these be used to make the TV higher, putting them at the top instead?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry on the MOUNT-AD165! Unfortunately, these brackets cannot be used to make the TV higher rather than lower as they do not have the proper hole spacing at the top of the bracket for the holes to connect to. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions! Thank you. VIVO Customer Support

Does this work with a sanus wall mount for an lg oled 83 inches to lower the tv?

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry! It is possible that MOUNT-AD165 may work with some Sanus wall mounts. However, we have not tested it with any Sanus wall mounts. There is no way to be sure if it will work, so we cannot recommend it. However, you are welcome to try it though, as we offer a 30-day return period. VIVO Customer Support

Can you double the extenders to raise or lower the tv 13"?

I would think that would be a bit risky. I would try to find longer brackets.
