This is NOT a keto friendly food .. its full of carbs .. The pieces are not individually pakced .. so you have to eat the whole thing as fast as you can so it wont become stale !!! Dont recommend !!

The BEST to go breakfast bars with amazing flavour and so worth the price! These bars are surprisingly tasty for something so healthy. The box contains 9 bars of 20g each. Each bar is so fulfilling and nutritious. Also, it contains dry fruits enhancing it's taste even more. The packaging is extremely nice! And the net carb value is 2.4g per bar making it a great option for someone on a low carb diet. I would definitely recommend this!!!
