Por quality
Poor quality, feels very flimsy.. and feels quite cheap...takes some effort to turn the switch . Pulling out for fog lights is uneasy

Does what I need.
It works perfectly albeit it is a slightly cheaper looking version of the original. It took about 30sec to swap over and given i just have it set to Auto mode there's no need to touch it very often and feel that poorer quality. It also has a lights on with the remote key opening the car and delayed turn off after locking.

Fits 2011 MK6 Jetta
Easy to install and it works and looks OEM. Auto feature works great, the lights turn on when u unlock the car and when you leave the car the lights will auto turn off within 10 seconds. Super convenient

Finally got automatic headlights
My 2013 VW Beetle did not come with automatic headlights. Bought it used in 2022. Since then I've left the lights on by mistake 3x, draining the battery, because I'm so used to that function in all my other cars. While the headlights would go out when you parked the car, the daytime running lights would stay on, thereby draining the battery This one is a perfect drop in, plug and play. What I like about this one is that theres a light photcell on the top of the switch, versus the other ones that come with a wired sensor that you mount on the dash or the A pillar. This switch integrated photocell works very well. As soon as sunlight comes through the windshield after pulling out of my dark garage, the headlamps turn off. Interesting that when you merely open the doors, the headlamps do come on, which in the original switch they wouldn't come on until you actually moved the switch to on. They were not associated with the door being opened. One thing of note. It has positions for fog and parking lights. I dont know if this one is defective, but i can't move the switch to either of those positions. I don't have fog lights to begin with so its not a problem for me. But I would like to have the ability to put my parking lights on at times, but its not a deal breaker. It's not quite as robust as the OEM but I didn't expect it to, compared to OEM prices. Finally, my car came with a rather heavy brushed satin trim on the switch. This one is a thin strip of chrome. Hardly noticeable as it being different. That too is not a concern as long as it works. Update. Rufus says this is not compatible with the 2012-2019 Beetle. That's incorrect. Pull your oem switch first to find out if it's a round housing or a rectangular one. My 2013 has a rectangular housing the fits the switch harness and it works perfectly.
