Good product and customer service is also good 😊
The chair is comfortable, but when I received the product the headrest was damaged.I called the customer care and they replaced the damaged part. So, I'm happy with the product and service.

Good
The build feels sturdy and the back support is ok. Assembly was easy. The packaging was not great and there are quite a few scratches in the pieces. Hence reducing a star. Overall it is good value for money. Will update again after use.

Good Chair
I used to sit for very long hours in front of the computer. So, I decided to get this chair as I used to spend time. It is very comfortable at home with this chair. Assembling is very easy.

The seat cushion is thinner than expected
The media could not be loaded. The assembly was easy. Got it together in 15 minutes. It's a good chair for the amount paid. How ever it doesn't give a sturdy feeling. The arm rests are wobbly and feel like they might break if I rest my hands on them to get up. Also the seat cushion is thinner than required. Doesn't give a comfortable seat experience. It should have been thicker than it is. The quality of the seat cover also is iffy.

The handles are slanting
The media could not be loaded. I have received a chair with defect. The handles are slanting outwards and it makes a very uncomfortable position.Even though there is 3 years warranty still GreenSoul is not ready to replace. They admitted that all Inspire chairs have this defect but they are saying there is no option to refund or provide replacement at full price. Have been calling the customer support for almost 3 weeks now. They are not ready to provide a full refund or voucher of the same value. Moreover after 4 months of purchase they want me to pack the chair in the original condition and original packing and ship to them. Amazon should ban them. Simply cheating people.

It's good so far.
Had the chair for about a month. So far, it's good and comfortable. It was easy to assemble but I recommend you to do it with help from someone.

Very ergonomic chair with loads of comfort
Recently got this product for WFH from Green Soul. Too comfy , too cute, too spacious . Too satisfied with the chair. Everything from delivery to assembly to post sales was perfect. Couldn’t find anything better online . Must try

Arm rests give discomfort but overall a good chair
after using it for about 6 months I can say the chair itself is quite comfortable and very durable. The only problem is with the armrests which are really bad and alone bring down the comfort level of the chair.The arm rests are only slightly adjustable and are very short in length leaving no space for your elbow and cannot be extend fully to the back so there is always a gap between the back and the arm rests.The overall build quality and sturdiness of the chair is quite good but I am really disappointed with the arm rests.EDIT: Got a replacement for the armrests. Though it still has problems it is more stable and the customer service is good.
