Urban Platter V+ Bread Improver, makes baking a lot easier, it makes the yeast work to its maximum aired and fluffy breads, I also tried using this to make home made wine with bread yeast (fleischmann's yeast) and the results are just unbelievable, Urban Platter V+ Bread Improver feeds the yeast with nutrition and helps in breaking down starch and sugars that the yeast can use to convert to CO2 and alcohol, love this multi-purpose product.... 👏👏👏

Urban platter V+Bread Improver
The package was delivered in time without any damage. The vacuum seal was intact too. I baked several batches of bun as well as sandwich bread at home using this bread improver (1% by weight of the flour). I was amazed by the results. It improved the texture, consistency and flavour significantly. I would highly recommend this product for all home bakers.

Made My Buns Softer and Fluffier!
I’ve been using Urban Platter’s Bread Improver, and it’s made such a difference! I just add 1% of the flour weight, and the dough feels so much softer when I knead it. After baking, the buns come out super fluffy, exactly how I like them. There’s no weird smell or taste, just better texture overall. I only bake buns, so I can’t say how it works for other bread, but for buns, it’s perfect. Definitely keeping this stocked in my kitchen!
