Nicely developed product! I like to refer athletes from the training room who need additional ice/heat & keep these stocked in our school bookstore. Perfect to use after athletics, on the road travelling, or dorm room cold/heat therapy. I love that it provides great compression & adheres to itself. Comfortable and fun to use. Sure to be an athletes must have for on the go recovery & would also be excellent for post-op applications!

DISGUSTING! Just got a few minutes ago and it is USED! The ziplock it comes in was opened! The entire roll was off of its protective backing/storage backing and the protective roll was in the middle of it. It had short HAIRS, dust, and what even looked like dry, flaked SKIN on it! Returning IMMEDIATLY!! I couldn’t even touch it! But 2 pics attached should show you well enough. Not even going to get another one because I almost puked when I saw this one. 🤮🤢🤮

I definitely have a love/hate feeling for this product! I have ankle and achilles tendon issues, and have had a terrible time finding a gel pack product to wrap my foot in to soothe and control any swelling This product, because of it's length, allows me to securely wrap the entire area that I want covered. I have been unable to find any other single product that would do the job. I keep it in the freezer, and when used it stays cold for the 20 minutes advertised. Now for what I don't like: (1) It has a terrible smell. (2) It has to be stored on a protective strip, which makes it awkward to apply, and to store. (3) When you take it off the strip to use, it tends to fold and twist and stick to itself. (3) If you want to use it to apply heat, you have to put it in boiling water....it is not microwaveable. (4) I believe it is overpriced. (5) Just generally unpleasant to put on and take off .... but it does a good job!

Like the idea of it- can wrap a shoulder or hand but it doesn’t stay cold for long enough

Stays cold 5 min max. Awesome idea but it’s def not worth the purchase.
