Love the multiple levels.
I bought this to replace the Donner Roll supplied by my Chiropractor. That one had rigid area around the bottom causing discomfort near my shoulder blades. This one has a more rounded area of material, eliminating that issue. I love the multi height feature. I would recommend this product. I can go as long as 20 minutes without discomfort.

the block is fine. It has the separate parts that help it be “taller or shorter”. The only thing that I would have loved it that it would indicate on the block itself which side goes to the neck and shoulders. The other one my daughter uses indicated on the block itself which side goes faces the shoulders and it is a quick easy guide to know you have it on the correct side.

Neck stretcher to help migraines
This neck stretcher is great! I have been battling neck pain and migraines that stem from my neck for years and this is helping. My chiropractor told me to get this one and I am so glad he did because it is helping. I usually do it before bedtime to help me sleep.
