This chair is what I was looking for. I was tired of laying in my bed watching tv. Easy to put together, I found it easy to recline but hard to retract, but one little adjustment it's all good now. This chair is so comfortable but not to crazy about the massage feature but then again I didn't purchase it for that.

Absolutely thrilled with this chair. It arrived today, almost 5 days early which was a wonderful surprise! Easy to put together. I'm a small woman and my husband is in a leg cast and we still got it together in less than an hour. Very comfortable for my frame. I've tried recliners and they are too big and uncomfortable for me. Why only 4 stars? Just got it so I want to see how it holds up. The massage is quiet, which is a nice bonus. My husband has a recliner that was much more expensive and his massage is much louder. Very happy so far.

This chair had the cheapest price at the time of purchase and offered more options than all the other similar chairs. The quality of the material id good and the seat massage works great. Although I did not see in the listing where it was shipped in a box and assembly was required, I figured that it would come that way. Assembly from unpacking to the finished assembly took about 1 1/2 hours. The hardest part of the assembly was the armrests.

I find the chair comfortable. I'm 6' tall. I found it fairly easy to assemble in a reasonable amount of time. More than I expected in this kind of chair at such a great price. The chair had a few minor scratches on the metal frame, fortunately barely noticeable once assembled. The major problem I fixed myself was that the chair was hard to recline. When reclining the chair seemed to get stuck and required unreasonable force to recline further. There were 2 "sticking" positions, as well as the chair would not fully recline. The problem was that the pivot/hinge assemble connection the seat to the back was binding. The tab from the back of the chair was slightly bent. Once the bent "tab" on the chair back was straightened with a wrench the chairs now reclines. It was easier and quicker to make the change than to try to even re-package the chair for a return. Hopefully my experience was a rare exception.

First let me say the chair won't do as an office or desk chair. It's to low for that. Having said that it's comfortable as all get out. I watch TV and read in it for hours and still feel comfortable. The swivel is a little raspy but not an issue. Massage function is nice and variable. But the real deal is their customer service. The chair came with a minor problem. In less than 72 hours the problem was resolved and sitting on my front porch. I'm in awe of the efficiency of this company.

We have had this chair for two months. And we have had nothing but problems with it. Bolts keep falling out of the chairs after they’ve already been tightened a second time and the squeak with turning the chair is awful. Would not recommend buying this chair.

Nice chair, was easy to put together, arms was the only hard part to assemble. Only dislike is the color of the bases, much more red then brown. Also, the arms are a little lower than I prefer.

Like the chairs. Stiff when you first sit in them When putting on the arms screw hole is off very slightly. Wiggle the allen wrench in the hole a bit. Do not over tighten
