Maxlite 5 Carry on Weekender with Drop-Bottom Compartment, Lightweight Overnight Travel Duffel Bag

I use this all of the time. This bag is durable, high quality, and super cute. It is heavy duty, but still light weight. The sides and base are structured, allowing efficient packing and unpacking. The light grey interior makes seeing what's in the bag easy. The straps are strong and comfortable. The bottom compartment is perfect for shoes, makeup or toiletry bags - it's also padded so you could even store your laptop or ipad here.

First of all, it’s made by TravelPro, which says something about the bag in the first place. It’s good quality, the zippers glide smoothly, and it holds a surprising amount of cargo. I travel about 40 weeks a year, and I frequently end up on small regional jets like CRJ-700 and CRJ-900s. I needed something that fit in the overhead, because I was tired of gate checking my 22” roller board. As you can see from the photo, it fits perfectly top in. This holds about everything that I had in there as long as I use a soft side computer case for my computer, extra screen and iPad. This bag is very lightweight, and does not offer the same protection as a wheeled 22”, but since it is going to stay in cabin, I’m ok with that. The only thing that I don’t like is that I have to carry it over shoulder, but since I’m only going to use it in small planes, it is not too much of a problem. It does have a good padded shoulder strap.

Great case. Purchased to accompany my work flight bag. My fellow flight attendants have complimented & often ask about it. It’s durable & has lots of room especially the bottom compartment for shoes.

I purchased this due to its light weight when empty. It is a quality tote but there are a couple disappointments. The bottom section isn’t very sturdy so you need to fill that completely so the bag doesn’t collapse on itself. Also there is no Velcro or snapping mechanism to keep the straps together. Oh, and it did NOT fit over my TravelPro checked bag’s handle!!! I was so surprised by that since it is promoted for fitting over a larger bag’s handle and it didn’t even work on its own brand!!

This is large enough to hold all the things I need, and it's even more convenient to use than my previous bag. It's also very easy to pack. Moreover, it's very lightweight. It fits well with the handles of other travel-specific luggage. The color is also very beautiful.

This bag is fantastic and functions great. I honestly was needing something for my every day office and gym needs and this fits it all! Most duffle bags calapse but this bag is sturdy and fits the gym locker perfect. I tried 3 other kinds of bags prior and this one is for keeps. The only thing is wish it had was a double zipper for the outside front pocket. The small pocket at the main zipper compartment is magnetic which is awesome for your quick needs! Love this style and color

I am a travel pro junky come with my job but this is not like the other travel pro products they could have done alot better with the design. It fits a lot but in you do not have a lot in the bottom it does not sit right on the suit case and falls off so it doesn’t travel well as a topper bag.

I purchased this through Amazon as “like new” condition and it is missing the shoulder strap. Other than that it seems very sturdy and great quality! The bottom compartment has structure to it so it holds up when you add things to the top/main compartment unlike many dupes of the popular BEIS bag and the way it opens up top allows for great packing capacity to the BEIS bag and other popular drop bottom bags too.

I was disappointed with the quality of this bag for the price. I am also having problems returning it to the supplier. It is a complicated process and the Yodel point would not accept the box size. I’m not happy!

This excellent value, for the price and the separate bottom is fantastic for shoes or trainers, damp swim wear.
